Our history

Founded in 2014 as a research and development center for ERP systems, CRM Master has grown into a provider of CRM solutions tailored specifically for the banking sector. From our beginnings in London, UK, we focused on creating software that would help financial institutions achieve their sales goals, enhance customer service, and boost customer retention.

Our CRM journey began in 2016 with the launch of our product CRM platform Sales Master, first implemented at one of the biggest retail bank in Romania. Over the years, we expanded from Ukraine, Moldova and Czech to Vietnam, helping banks optimize their customer relationships.

With nearly 8 years of successful deployments, our CRM platform is trusted by leading financial institutions, serving over 12.4 million clients across multiple countries. Our expertise in banking and deep understanding of industry needs have allowed us to continually refine our product, making it a powerful tool for driving success.
